Terms of Service & SMS Messaging Policy

Welcome to Detox Flow Yoga + Pilates. By providing your phone number and booking classes through our website or the StudioGrowth platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Booking & Cancellation Policies, and SMS Mobile Messaging Terms.

1. SMS Mobile Messaging Program & Consent

Detox Flow Yoga + Pilates utilizes automated text messaging to keep clients informed about their account activity, schedule updates, and automated notifications. By opting into our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional text messages (such as class cancellations and waitlist updates) at the mobile number provided.

Important Carrier Disclosures:

  • How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our studio support.

  • Rates and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies automatically based on your booking, waitlist status, and studio changes. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Strict Privacy Protections (SMS Data)

We respect your privacy. Detox Flow Yoga + Pilates will not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile data or SMS opt-in consent with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All your text messaging information remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the operation of your studio account notifications via StudioGrowth.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Classes at Detox Flow Yoga + Pilates are waitlisting, and we want to ensure as many students can practice as possible during class. In an effort to allow others to practice and take the space if it becomes available, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

  • 4-Hour Window: We enforce a strict 4-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class without any penalty.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your reservation within the 4-hour window prior to class, your account will automatically be charged an $8 late cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Penalty: If you fail to update your reservation and miss the class entirely:

    • Clients on an Unlimited Pass will be charged a $12 no-show fee.

    • Clients using a Class Pack or single pass will have one of their class passes absorbed.

4. Waitlist Policy & Automated SMS Notifications

When a class is full, you may choose to place yourself on our waitlist. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge the following automated mechanics:

  • Automated Registration: When a spot becomes available, you will be automatically moved from the waitlist and registered directly into the class.

  • Notifications: You will automatically receive an email and/or an SMS notification alerting you that you have been moved from the waitlist and into the class.

  • Policy Application: Please note that our Cancellation Policy applies to the Waitlist as well. If you are bumped from the waitlist into a class inside or outside the booking window and can no longer attend, you must cancel your reservation immediately. To avoid late fees or lost passes, please proactively cancel your waitlist reservation as soon as you know you cannot make the class time.
