Our Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Please note that we have a 2 hour cancellation policy - meaning that you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. Once you reach that window, you will be charged $8 as a late cancellation fee. If you do not update your reservation and miss class, you will be charged a $12 "no show fee" if you are on an unlimited pass, or one of your class passes will be absorbed if you have a class pack. This is in an effort to allow others to practice and take the space if it becomes available. Classes are waitlisting, and we want to ensure as many students can practice as possible during class.

Waitlist Policy: If you have put yourself on the waitlist for a class, you will receive an email to let you know if a space has become available, and you will be automatically registered for the class. Please note that our Cancellation Policy applies for the Waitlist as well, so if for any reason you do not think you will be able to make class, please cancel your waitlist reservation as soon as you know, so that you can avoid the cancellation fee if you are bumped into the class.
