Our Hot Classes

  • Pilates

A full-body movement practice based on the classical Pilates principles of breath, control, concentration, and flow. Classes emphasize deep core activation and balanced muscular development. Expect controlled, intentional exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and movement efficiency.

  • Power Pilates

A higher energy, athletic style of Pilates that builds strength, endurance, and core control. Classes often blend traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, full-body movements. Expect to work up a sweat while improving stability, posture, and overall muscle tone, all with an emphasis on controlled, intentional movement.

  • Pilates Foundations

A fundamentals-based class focused on establishing proper Pilates technique and body awareness. Emphasis is placed on breathing patterns, pelvic and spinal alignment, core engagement, and controlled execution of foundational exercises. Ideal for beginners or those refining form, this class builds a strong base for safe, effective progression.

  • Power Yoga

An athletic, strength-driven style of yoga emphasizing continuous flow, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular challenge. Expect continuous movement, challenging sequences, and an energizing pace while maintaining breath control and core stability.

  • Vinyasa

A fluid, often challenging practice rooted in intentional sequencing linking breath with movement. Classes emphasize smooth transitions to build strength, mobility, and mindful awareness. Postures are linked through continuous movement with attention to energetic balance.

  • Hatha Flow

A foundational practice focusing on alignment, breath, and holding postures. Classes explore foundational postures, stability, and functional alignment, allowing time to refine technique and deepen body awareness. Ideal for building strength, flexibility, and postural integrity at a measured pace. Ideal for anyone looking for a mindful, steady class.

  • Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing class using props to support the body in gentle postures that are typically held for extended periods to encourage deep relaxation, tension release, and nervous system regulation. Breath awareness and guided stillness are central to this class.

  • Tone Flow

A hybrid class combining yoga-inspired sequencing with strength and conditioning principles. Expect controlled repetitions, isometric holds, and resistance-based movements integrated into flowing sequences. Focus is placed on muscular endurance, joint stability, and functional strength.

  • Core & Glutes

A targeted conditioning class focusing on the deep stabilizing muscles of the trunk and lower body. Exercises emphasize stability and mobility of the pelvis and spine while maintaining controlled movement patterns to support strength, posture, and injury prevention.

  • Yin Yang

A balanced practice that blends slow, deep yin poses with more active, flowing yang movement. It supports both strength and flexibility while calming the mind and energizing the body, creating harmony.

Our Team

Bianca Marchione

Owner & instructor

Fitness has always been a huge part of who I am. With a 7-year background in rugby, I grew up valuing strength, resilience, and the power of an active lifestyle. Training, movement, and pushing my body in healthy ways were never just hobbies—they were part who I was.

After having my two children, my relationship with my body and fitness shifted. I wanted to feel strong again, but more than that, I wanted to feel like me. That’s when I discovered Pilates—and it truly changed everything. Pilates helped me reconnect with my body, rebuild strength from the inside out, and regain confidence in a way that felt supportive, sustainable, and empowering.

What started as a personal journey quickly became a passion. I’m now Mat and Reformer Pilates certified through Body Harmonics, and I bring my athletic background, love for movement, and real-life understanding of post-partum bodies into everything I do. My goal is to help others feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies—no matter where they’re starting from.
